Principal
Patrizio Murdocca
Patrizio Murdocca is a real estate entrepreneur with past ventures including a 501c3 non-profit organization, a digital marketing company, and multiple real estate investment and development entities.
His passion for real estate started from the generosity of several mentors accomplished in the space who gave him an inside look at what Patrizio went on to consider the most interesting and multifaceted business in the world. Notion Advisory represents the coupling of his passion for real estate and for serving others through hard work and creative solutions.
Patrizio is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (Economics & English) and has both developed as principal and constructed multiple projects in Middle Tennessee in addition to consulting to serve other developers, capital groups, and property owners.
